NO. Autel makes their revenue when you purchase the appropriate device for this.
Your mx808 is the equivalent of a Level 1 device used for reading and clearing fault
codes. . The Elite would be the equivalent of a Level 3 device used for doing everything
the automotive dealer would do.
What you are asking for is the APK file to be side loaded to your device
